GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Making an appointment implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale described below.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

When you make an appointment, you do not have to pay a deposit. However, a credit card imprint is required. This is managed by the secure booking system and I do not have access to your data. This imprint will be used in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

Please be punctual for your appointment. If you arrive too late, your service will not be guaranteed and you will still be required to pay for the service in full. It is important to arrive at your appointment with your eyes completely free of makeup to ensure that your eyelash curling, tinting, or extension application will last. Makeup removal is an additional €5 charge.  

No complaints will be accepted if you arrive at your appointment wearing makeup or with makeup residue.

Payments are made when booking on the website, in cash or by scanning a QR code on your smartphone (only for BELGIAN IBANs). There is no credit card payment terminal. If you would like an invoice, it will be sent to you by email on request.

SCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can only be made online. The calendar opens automatically 45 days in advance.

If you wish to change your appointment, you must do so via the website or app. Cancellations/change requests made through any other channel will not be accepted.

You can change your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. PLEASE NOTE: outside of peak season (June 15 to July 31, December 10 to December 31), changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation

- Free of charge 48 hours before the date and time of your appointment.

- Less than 48 hours before the date and time of your appointment, 50% of the amount of your reservation will be due.

- Less than 24 hours before your appointment, the full amount will be due.

Appointments canceled too late or missed will be charged and payment will be required. Late or unreported cancellations prevent me from booking another appointment and represent a significant loss of income.

In the event of a "No Show," or non-payment for an appointment, you will no longer be able to book at the studio.

If, for reasons beyond my control, your appointment has to be canceled, you will be refunded via the payment method used. No other compensation may be claimed.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

It is essential and your responsibility to carefully read the contraindications associated with each service.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of the main contraindications and important remarks. If you make an appointment and the service cannot be performed due to a contraindication, you will be charged for the service.

  • Allergies and skin or eye irritation.

  • Eye infections or inflammation: Conjunctivitis, blepharitis, stye, or any other signs of infection.

  • Eye or skin disease (glaucoma, eczema, melanoma, etc.): always consult your doctor before making an appointment.

  • Injuries or open wounds in the eye area.

  • Eye diseases (glaucoma, etc.) always seek advice from your doctor.

  • Recent eye surgery: Wait several months (at least 2 months) after an operation such as an eyelid lift or laser treatment. Seek your doctor's approval and advice.

  • Very short, fragile, or damaged eyelashes: The treatment may be ineffective or cause further damage to the eyelashes.

  • Extremely sensitive eyes: Product vapors may cause stinging.

  • Inability to remain lying down: The procedure requires remaining lying down for a specified period of time.

  • Inability to keep eyes closed.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Appointments requiring allergy testing are your responsibility. Allergy tests are subject to a fee and can be deducted from your future appointment, if it is within 10 days of the test.

COLLABORATION & OFFERS:

Discount codes and offers linked to a commercial partnership are valid for a maximum of one week from the date of announcement on the social media platform used. Cannot be combined with other offers. See conditions announced in the publication. One use per customer. Applies to services only, not products. Subject to availability.

Discounts linked to a promotional offer by the studio cannot be combined with other offers. One discount per person. Subject to availability in the schedule. And for the period specified in the communication.

GIFT CARD:

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. They are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. They are valid for the purchase value and not for a specific service. They can be used multiple times.

SPONSORSHIP:

You refer a friend:

When your friend visits the studio for the first time, in exchange for a referral card with your first and last name and email address, you will receive a 10% discount coupon* by email to mention when you book your appointment online. The discount will be deducted when you pay online or at the studio.

You are sponsored by a friend:

You have received a referral card with the name and email address of your referrer. In exchange for this card, you will receive a 10% discount* on your first appointment at the studio.

*The discount applies to services only and to orders over €45 (does not apply to products in the store). The discount cannot be combined with other offers and is non-refundable. The coupon is valid for three months from the date it is sent by email.

The discount is deducted at the time of payment at the studio, upon presentation of the referral card. For the referrer, the last appointment at the studio must have been less than 8 months ago and they must not have any outstanding debts to the studio. The studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel the referral offer at any time, without notice and without prior warning.
