Making an appointment implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale described below.

 

Regulations:

 

If you are coming for the first time to the Studio or if your last appointment was more than 6 months ago, your appointment must be paid when booking or I will send you a payment request to be paid at least 48 hours before the date of the appointment.

 

Eyelash extensions and Lash lift + Brow Bomber are now payable at time of booking.

Online payment is super simple. In addition, you have the choice to pay by Bancontact, credit card or encode your coupons/gift voucher. Without prepayment your appointment will be canceled.

 

If you have to cancel or postpone your appointment (24 hours before D-Day), no problem, the amount paid will be refunded to you.

 

For appointments to be paid on D-day, payments are made in cash or via the Bancontact application (on your smartphone). It is not possible to make a transfer or payment by card.

If you want an invoice, it will be sent to you by email on request.

Cancellation / modification of an appointment:

 

If you wish to change your appointment, you can do so via the website or by email, no later than 24 hours before the time and date of your appointment.

 

If you wish to cancel your appointment, it is essential to do so via the website or by email.

at the latest 24 hours before the time is the date of your appointment.

 

Appointments canceled too late or not presented are due and payment will be required. In fact, late or unreported cancellations do not allow me to book another appointment and represents a significant shortfall.

In the event of a "No Show", I reserve the right to no longer accept future appointments.

Be punctual for your appointment, if you show up too late, your service will not be guaranteed and full payment for the service will be due.

It is important to come to your appointment with your eyes perfectly cleansed in order to guarantee the hold of your curl, dye or extensions. A makeup removal supplement of € 5 may be requested.

 

No claim or refund will be accepted if you come with makeup at your appointment.

Appointments requiring an allergy test are your responsibility. Allergy tests are free and can be taken online or on request.
